Just Bring a Blanket

I can feel fall slipping away; too short lived as always.  It always seems to just rush by leaving this dreaded transition period (that I usually associate with deer hunting season) where everything is just brown... But this year I am trying to have patience with fall.  To embrace all it's cold and windy, wet and muddy, muted tones.

Even though this time of year will certainly leave you with muddy boots and cold fingers, you simply just bring a blanket.

"Why is patience so important?  Because it makes us pay attention."  - Paulo Coelho
